We provide well visits for children and adults across all ages.
Primary Health Care is the first point of contact with the health system. It is readily accessible to persons of all ages and any gender. The care is continuous and coordinated, meaning it facilitates all health care needs of the patient.
This includes health promotion, patient education, health maintenance, disease screening and prevention, counseling, care for ill persons and persons with chronic disease. Your health is managed by personal physicians who, when appropriate, will make use of other resources and refer to other health professionals.
The terms Primary Care, General Practice and Family medicine are often used synonymously, as well as Primary care provider, GP and Family physician.
